Glassist at Glendale Tech Week Rocked!

Thanks to everyone who came out to last weeks’ first Glassist event at Glendale Tech Week! I hosted a panel featuring three smart glasses developers: Alex Bradt, Nicholas Ross, and Court Taylor. All provided some great insight on where the platform is and where it’s going.

Key topics explored included the potential for social stigma (recalling the "Glassholes" era of the early 2010s), the necessity of full AR immersive displays for widespread adoption, and the viability of a consumer market for smart glasses in the near future.

I considered recording it, but it ended up being a “you had to be there” kind of event. It was a full house and a lot of interesting questions were fielded from the audience, plus some networking after. Make sure you come to the next Glassist event!
